RUN PROGRAM in WINDOWS on STARTUP

Right-Mouse on a 'program.exe' or 'python.py' to create a shortcut.

Use Ctrl + C on the selected shortcut.

Press Win + R

This combination will start the Run program in Windows.

Now type 'shell:startup' inside the text-box of this program.

Click OK.

You should be directed to the startup app folder. e.g.

C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Right-click and paste this shortcut you copied in the previous step.
